Consultation Required
All custom orders require a consultation that can be done in person or virtually prior to booking to discuss design details, sizing, inspiration, and expectations. Consultation fees may apply and do not go toward final balance unless otherwise stated.
Measurements & Fittings
Accurate measurements are required for all NON-ADJUSTABLE custom pieces. Clients may:

submit self-measurements (must follow provided measurement guide), or

schedule an in-person measurement appointment.
Additional fittings may be required depending on the complexity of your design.
Final Payment
Remaining balances must be paid in full before pickup/shipping. No exceptions.
Turnaround Time
Custom orders require a minimum of 10 business days depending on design complexity and current booking volume. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Changes & Revisions
Minor adjustments may be accommodated during the fitting process. Major design changes after approval may result in additional fees and extended turnaround times.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 24-48 hours notice. Missed appointments may require a new deposit.
No Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

providing accurate measurements

attending scheduled fittings on time

communicating design needs clearly before production begins
