A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Your deposit secures your appointment date and is applied toward your final balance.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. One reschedule may be permitted with at least 24-48 hours notice. Missed appointments may require a new deposit.

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom items.
